Q: Where is my ironing done?
A: Your ironing is carried out in our shop which is used solely for ironing and is 100% smoke & pet free to ensure it receives the best possible care & attention.

Q: Do you carry out quality checks?
A: Yes, we press to impress!! Each item is hand ironed for that perfect finish prior to be being checked, wrapped & returned to you.

Q: What if I’m not going to be in on the day you are in my area?
A: As everyone has busy lives, exceptions can made, please contact us to make other arrangements. (A surcharge may apply if an extra trip is required).

Q: What happens if I live outwith the area highlighted on your map?
A: We cover an extensive area of the North East so please contact us and we will do all we can to assist you.

Q: What happens if an item of clothing is damaged?
A: If the damage was caused by our staff we will reimburse you to a maximum of £50 per damaged item.
